Possible to have another period 2 weeks later?

Im 28 an my period is like clockwork every month. This month I had my period as usual but now (2 weeks later) it seems like Im having another period. Im 4 days into it now. It started off as a brown discharge and now it semi-heavy flow blood. I feel really tired too.
What is going on? What should I do?
