Porokeratosis suggestions

I am suffering from porokeratosis. My concern is my moving to area where I would be under the sun exposure. Will sun block cream do the work or I had to use something else? I have a variety of spots all over my arms and legs, some crusty and brown, others purple, some are pre cancer lesions. Any suggestions?

Well, you should consult dermatologist I‘ve got it from a prescription for Lac-Lotion 12% for porokeratosis. I have used it for almost 2 weeks straight, but I noticed tonight when I was lathering it on that some of the spots I could actually "peel" off and my skin looked normal underneath.
