Pineal Gland Cyst

I have recently been diagnosed with a Pineal Gland Cyst that measures 1.3cm. I have been doing a lot of reading about what symptoms are associated with this problem. I am very curious about the treatments and recovery time of the different forms of treatment. So, any information about the different treatments and recovery time of the treatments would be greatly appreciated.
