I used to have bad
skin until I washed with clean and clear products and an apricot scrub, that did the trick, so check out clearasil etc if you haven't already.
Also, change your bedsheets and clothes regularly, especially your pillows and bedsheets, they collect SO much
sweat and filth.
In severe cases, you can go to your doctor and he can perscribe you creams or medication which will help your skin, so make an appointment!
