Pimple Looking things on my penis;

hello my name is john and im 14 years old... for about a year now ive been worrying about what look like pimples around the top of my penis. they only appear either when i am erect, or when i pull back the skin... their about pimple size and look sort of like pimples but and they dont pop. im am worried about this, i havnt told anyone yet but im scared. can you please help me.

It might be molluscum contagiosum. Do some reseach on it and see if the pictures match up.
