Penis problem, puffy skin

Well i was masturbating and then my penis started to get a little sore, then i just ignored it and finished, and then i woke up to take a piss and i fouind that my penis was still sore, and then the skin had gotten all soft and puffy and was pushed forward and forming this like puffy ring around it. And its been hurting all day...anyone know why? (im 14)
