Peak Flow Meters used to diagnos Asthma

I am a sixteen year old girl who is wondering if a peak flow meter is used to diagnos asthma. I haven't been diagnosed but have been using one. I am very worried I have asthma. My readings on my peak flow meter is staying constant at 400 to 450. If it is always this number does that mean I don't have asthma?
