Particles floating in urine and itchy vagina

Hello,
I really need advice. Two days ago I noticed particles floating in my urine. They are very little and not a specific color and my urine is dark orange. What this might be… this particles floating in urine is happening the second day in a row. Besides that my vagina is feeling itchy. What is wrong with me?

I think you have a genital herpes, called at latin Croton Tiglium. Symptoms of Croton Tiglium are amongs others particles floating in urine. Night urine is dark orange color- like yours and greasy particles are floating on top, while daily urine is pale and has white sediment. If you had genital herpes, you should had postular eruptions on genitals with fearful itching and followed by painful burning. I don’t know…this was my case, maybe with you is completely different. If I were you, I would wait for a couple days and if situation is the same, I would visit a doctor.
