My boyfriend suffers from "blue balls" post orgasm and I'm concerned at what this could be. Any suggestions? Before we were dating he would masterbate a lot (I mean more than 4-5 times a day) now he rarely does and we may have sex every other day. Could this be an over ejaculate problem?

when guys try to hold off orgasm (try not to cum) it will cause their testicles to hurt before and after ejaculation.
