Pain in lower left abdomen that travels around that area.

Basically I have been having a pain in my lower left abdomen. It sometimes moves around and isn't always the same kind of pain. Never is it severe, just kinda like a cramp while running. Another symptom would be a feeling of tightness in the area just below the center of ribcage. I have no fever or loose stools. The pain persists for two months now.
