Only 18, Coughing Up Blood, Difficulty Breathing. Cancer?

Hello!
I really need urgent advice!!! I am 18 and smoker for 2 years. Yesterday I woke up with fever and was feeling fatigue. I thought I had a cold... this morning when I woke up, I started coughing up gray pieces (I guess this is because of cigarettes) and pieces of blood!!! This scared the s... out of me!!!! I have big difficulties while breathing and taking a deep breath. I am very afraid I have lung cancer!
What should I do?

It is technically possible you have lung cancer, but it has to be established through x ray by doctors.
By my opinion it is more likely you have pneumonia, since the symptoms are very alike.
I suggest you visit a doctor anyhow and see what it really wrong with you…
I hope you’ll be fine in a few days (weeks).
