Ongoing chest pain and lightheaded

Last January I began having some tightness behind my breastbone and a lump in my throat. The doctor said that I had acid reflux. It is now November and after a upper G.I, stress test and ultrasound all being negative, I still have these symptoms. Additionally, I get very lightheaded suddenly and feel like my arms and legs go to jelly. Sometimes I can feel each heartbeat and want to start crying.

I'm afraid to go to sleep in fear that I'm going to suddenly die. I'm only 34 and need to know what is wrong with me.

I have been experiencing almost exactly the same symptoms. Have you found an answer since your last post?

I too have been having the same symptoms.I have been to two hopital,several other doctors. Many test, yet no answers. I going to a third hopital today.
