Good luck lovehandles!Smile You shouldn't give up. Try to cut back on the unhealthy food you may be eating...also slowly cut back on the portions of your meals. These techniques really help to lose weight.

I am aslo 12 years old. I am 25 pounds overweight. I have been overweight since forth grade. I'm sure you can lose weight. Think of all the things you will be able to do after you lose weight. You will be able to do so many things much easier than you could before. Go back to Weight Watchers.

Hi im chelsea and I'm also over weight i weigh 10 stone and I'm very young! i hate it i get depressed and i go on diets i exersize i try everything but nothing seems too be working its soooo embarresing when i go swimming with mates i hope i can find away but the worst think is that i dont no how too tell people that im overweight its so hard too lose weight when i go on holiday i cant weir a bikini Sad

hi im deja im a very young girl who weighs 146 pounds.i dont know how i got to weigh this much.i am really mad at y self .i have tried evrything to diets to almost starving myself.i just dont know what else to do if u have advice please tell me.im always getting teased at school tpeople saying ohh your so fat.u love cheseburgers,oh u eat evry minute of the day.and it lowers my self esstem.but if u have any advice please tell me.thx

Hi, I know how you feel. I'm 12 years old and weigh 143 pounds. All of my friends are skinny and they're always telling me I have to lose weight, my mom and dad are always telling me too. My younger brother calls me fatty instead of my real name (though he does get in big trouble for it). My mom packs me my lunch and is always feeding us healthy foods. Last year, P.E. was really hard for me, but by the end of the year I lost so much weight! I weighed 128 pounds then. My mom was noticing and was really proud, she even bought me skinny jeans! But then summer came along and I gained most of it back, I was really mad at my self for letting it happen. But now I'm trying really hard and I have a job that pays me 10 bucks a week to walk dogs. Now, I probably walk 4-5 miles a week and I'm all ready losing weight with my job and P.E.! Maybe, you can just try little things like I am eating healthy, not eating that crap at school, trying hard in P.E., and maybe joining a sport or getting a small job like did! Good luck! Very Happy

I am 12 also. I weigh 140 pds. My doctor says since i am taller than my age group that i weigh a normal weight. I am 5 ft. 3 inc. and one of the tallest girls in my grade. Don't give up on loosing weight. Set small goals like trying to cut back on things you dont really need like snacks, sugary drinks, etc. Try to loose at least one pound a week, but don't get so obsessed with it you turn anerexic or bulimic. You should be happy the way you are, your pretty the way you are. Girls and boys come in all shapes and sizes and they are all perfect. If you still don't loose some of the weight by cutting back on sugar and fatty foods, try to do a sport or activity you love like dance, gymnastics, soccer, softball, etc. Keep trying to reach your goal!! My tipis just to saty active. I think that's the best way to stay healthy and happy and you will lose weight in the process. How about that? Do you like to go outdoors at all?

i know how you feel. iam 12 and i weigh 185 pounds. i used to weigh 178 and then lost 20 pounds the ngained it all back plus more and now this is how it is. someone help me also.
