Numbness in extremeties

Hello ,
I need advice. I am not sure whether anything is wrong with me or not, but for the past week I feel numbness in my extremeties. This is not taking long, perhaps few minutes, but it is irritating and it worries me. Did anyone had the same experience?

Hey,
I had this thin too. First it started in my feet, then it went up to my arms. It also lasted few minutes, not longer. I went to the doctor and he told me I was perfectly fine and I have nothing to worry about, so I guess the same could be said for you. But, to be sure, visit your doctor.
