Nervous or something to worry about

I am a 35 year old woman and on Sundaynoticed a slight tremor in my hand. It did not go away on Monday so I went to the doctor and she recommended a neuro. I can not see the neuro for another two weeks which I am extremely nervous about. I seem to be degrading, Both hands are shaking uncontrollably and when I lay down my arms feel as though they are going to jump out of my skin. I know I am nervous but my body has never reacted quite like this. My legs are starting to tremble.

One more thing, I am on my period and waking up with loose bowel movements which were normal before I had kids.

I just don't know if I should go to the hospital or whether I am having some kind of panic attack from stress? Please help!
