hm. well to start off if you drink pop a lot..stop. instead, drink water. just doing that can cut some pounds. cut sweets. that doesnt mean you only have plain tasting foods if you cut sweets. if you have a sugary tooth, have
fruit more often. you can have a
sweet treat once in a while but not alot in one day.
now for activites. walking. your young, when i was young i used to go to the park and run around playing tag with my friends. i still do it today and im 17.

younger children love to chase others. so if you have younger siblings this could be a good way. if you have cable, there is a channel that could help you. fitTV. they show many different exircise moves and styles.
these are just some tips i thought would help you reach your goal. im not saying that by doing these changes that you will loose the amount you want in 3 months. but it will help you loose a portion. it is hard to loose that much in 3 months. at the end of your 3 months you will feel much better.
