My period was only 3 days long. Could this be pregnancy?

I had intercourse with my husband on February 17th, and a few days before and around that date. My period, which arrived on the 27th, was only 3 days long. Very odd for me. I did not bleed heavily either. Since, I've been pretty tired, and nauseated pretty easy. I did take a preg test, but it came back negative.

Does this sound like I could be pregnant and took the test too early? I've never had a weird period like that before and I'm a little nervous.

Stress can cause early or late periods..But then too if you have tested to early it could be a false neg, and I would suggest retaking the test in a week or so...If this is neg as well, you could also call your obgyn and get a check up to see if anything else could be going wrong...
