Multiple Leep procedures and long term effects

Hello:
I had a Leep 8 years ago. Recently, I have been diagnosed with a second bout of cervical dysplasia, it will more than likely be recommended that I have another Leep. I am 34 years old and I have not had any children.
Is there a need to be concerned of a weakness in the cervix for carrying children, etc.?
