Maxide side effects to diabetics

Hi all. I have one question about maxide. Are there any side effects relating to diabetics? I’m on it and I’ve noticed I’m getting a darkening of the skin on my neck. I’ve checked it with a doc and it is not cancerous but is spreading. So, I was wondering if there are any long range side effects of maxide and is this one of those??? Thanks

I have an inner ear condition and I take Maxide for keeping the water pressure in my ear down... But, unfortunately, I don’t know the side effect of Maxide and diabeties. I would also like to know more about it’s side effects, so, anybody with an answer – please reply.
