I have two questions, and need responses 2 both of them very badly.

My first question concerns my weight. You see, I have a good stomach, pretty flat and total bakini material. But my legs are horrible! My thighs are large, my calves are thin with no curves, and my knees are huge! I'm afraid to go out in public without pants or capris! How can I fix my problem? I'm 13 years old and I would really like to have a beautiful body that's mini skirt material. Any advice at all would be great.

My next question is about masterbation. Does masterbation lead to thin hair or any other bad things if I start out so young? I actually started when I was 12, and was wondering if it is bad.

Firstly, don't be too self conscious about your appearance. Confidence is key, especially for a girl your age. There are no negative effects to masterbation so long as you limit it to a few times a day (which is a lot)

If you want to tone your legs, try stretching them daily. Running/jogging/walking is also great for your legs.

ride a bicycle all of the time, everywhere you go. I used to have probs with my legs responding to exercise because I drove to the gym. Now I don't have to go to a gym. Riding a bicycle has made my thighs have definition and made my calves strong. and I'm 53 sweetheart, you're only 13. Your heart gets stronger and your oxygen saturation increases too. Last oxygen saturation test I had my oxygen sat. level was 102. That's better than a 20 year old. and if you start riding young as you are by the time you are 15 your legs will be ALL THAT.
