Many Problems With Scrotum/Penis

I'm hoping someone here can help me. For about a year I think, I've had a problem, or a couple I guess. My scrotum is pretty much red compared to other skin, and very very itchy. Even when there's nothing irritating it, it itches. It's usually more moist or sweatier than it should be down there. Also if I look closeley the skin isnt really smooth, it all looks cracked. There are white bumps all over it as well, some little, some larger, which I'm guessing are irritated hair follicles. There seems to be a lot of the hair follicles at the base of my penis, where it meets the scrotum. Once again, it'd be great if someone could help me!

Ask your doctor. You probably have a fungus, which is nothing to worry about. Check your drug store for Jock Itch cream and anti fungle junk. Your doc can probably give it to you.
Oh and the bumps are fine, most scrotums look like chicken skin.
