Lupus and weight gain/loss

I have had Lupus for over 2 years now and last year after my baby I was put on Plaquenil. Since then I have lost a lot of weight... more than I thought I could. So I think depending on your Lupus, medication and possibly something else you could have (on top of Lupus) will affect your gain or loss in weight. When I was on Prednisone, I gained weight-more puffiness. Its never a win win situation!
