Hello,
it is very possible this is because of sitting… I had the same problem on
college. You must do some more exercise and while sitting, try to sit in the right position… you must be bend down, while reading or writing… at least I was. Be careful on the way you sit, cos you might do some damage to your spin… oh, yes, I wanted to say, that while sleeping, try to curl up… it helped me ease my low
back pain.
