Losing a lot of hair and fatigue

I am a 41yr old female, i have postural orthostatic tachycardia (pots syndrome) I am losing my hair very rapidly, i have had my thyroid checked and I have been tested for lupus both negative and female baldness does not run in the family- while pots explains alot of my symptoms (fatigue, chest pain, fainting and seizures) it does not explain the massive sudden hair loss, i cant help but think they are missing something and dismissing it due to the pots. PLEASE can anyone give me some feedback? thank you

Is your hair loss diffuse (all over thinning) or specific to a certain area?
