I am a bit confused and worried. It has been two and a half months since my last period, three pregnancy tests are all negative. I have had a clumpy discharge that is like dark red gummy balls and sometimes it is white. I thought maybe an infection but I have no pain or itching. I also have been taking my temp and it has been very low... 95F I don't know what could be wrong?!

Hi:
I hope you have seen a doctor by now. You cannot determine, on your own, whether or not you have an infection. You've got to be tested. Again, I hope you have done that by now. If so, please let us know what you learned. Please share your results with us. They will be helpful to our members. We look forward to hearing from you. I hope that things are working out for you.

This could be caused by several different issues one being thyroid disease considering you have a low temperature.
I had these symptoms with Grave's Disease (hyperthyroid) but it could also be caused by hypothyroid as well.
Do an internet search and see if you have any other symptoms associated with thyroid.
Another good idea might be to see a gynocologist for a check up.
