After staying up all night studying for a test at 7:30pm, around 6:30pm I got sharp pains in my lungs, symptoms of sore throat, only much more painful. my lungs hurt when i breath, i cant even touch my neck, and my throat hurts to swallow even my own spit. i was snorting adderall all night, they were kinda reddish, with a funny e and number 401, very easy to crumble, and I was told they were 20mg adderalls. i snorted them throughout the night every 4 hours. so i ended up doing 4.5 pills within a 16 a hour period. i had unprocted oral sex with a girl that i dont know about 2 weeks ago. i didn't not eat through the night and had only a peanut butter sandwich in the morning. the pains started at around 6:30pm and by 9:30pm i was in plenty enough pain that i have to control my breathing so that it does not hurt. My left hearing is kinda distorted now, having minor troubles hearing. I smoke a little over 10 cigarettes a day. Marijuana usually once or twice everyday. I was sick with a really bad case of laringitis at around age 14, and had some ear problems when i was around 6 or 7. i am 21 now, male, asian, 5'6" 138lbs have been smoking cigarettes for about 2 years so far. have smoked from the age of 14 until 17. quit for 2 years, during which time exercised regularly.
there were a few mice living in our house for a few weeks, up until last night when my friend's cat killed 2 of them. sorry about too much info, but wanted to give all the info that could help. please help me because i dont know what is going on with me. just in a lot of pain. thank you.

Twisted Evil The amphetamines dry out your sinuses without snorting them. Snorting them you destroy the healthy tissue. Don't snort pills, eat them.

You have an infection. Possibly in your lungs because of all snorting and smoking. This could also be the reason for the other pains you are experiencing. You need to go to your Doctor and have him run lab work such as a urinalysis and tests on anything coughed up from your lungs. This is nothing to play around with!! DO NOT LEAVE THIS UNCHECKED!! Depending on what's going on, your lungs could collapse, possibly even Pneumonia.... this could lead to death!
