Is there a difference between the generic loretadine and prescription?
I have some problems with allergies. From time to time I get hay fever from those allergies. I have often used loretadine to decrease fever. I have heard a lot of time that there are generic and prescribed loretadine. I mean it is the same medicine isnt it? Is there a difference between the generic loretadine and prescription?

Well, actually, there is no many difference between those two categories of medications. Prescription drugs are licensed medicine regulated by legislation obtained only by prescription. Those medicines can be expensive especially for older people. On the other hand generic drugs treat those conditions which do not necessarily need doctors prescription. This can be related with loretadine too.
