Irregular discharge and pain on ovary

Hi! I got my "period" two weeks early....but it was a dark, almost black discharge. It has been over a week and I am still discharging although it has switched to a bloody/brown substance. I have had cyst problems in the past, about a year ago and had surgery to remove it (the cyst). Since then I have had very bad pain on my ovary almost every day with a break every now and then. I also have endom, but my gyno told me he lasered it off but it will come back. I am very worried about not being able to have kids or if there is a bigger problem there. I know I should schedule another appt. but is there something more this suggests? Also, I could be overreacting but I sensed there was more going on that he was not telling me and my mom mentioned that too as she was in the room with me a few times presurgery.
