I’ve been keeping insomniac diary. It’s been over 3 months now and both my wife and I are having this problem, so I am keeping track. It is amazing how the body will adapt too little sleep that sometimes we forget that we are not sleeping well. But we need to sleep and I need some suggestions on this issue. Thanks

Well, I don’t know how helpful can be keeping the insomniac diary, but there are several good books you can find on insomnia that could help for long term cure. I would recommend you: "Say Goodnight to Insomnia" by Gregg Jacobs PHD and a "The Promise of Sleep' by William Dement PHD. Stay away from the prescriptions if you can!
