Hey don’t worry I had impetigo infection and I cured it with antibiotics. After five days I was brand new. I used also Plysporin, an antibiotic ointment; you can purchase it without prescription. Only you should move the crusts before you apply ointment. Soak a soft, clean cloth in a mixture of one-half cup of white vinegar and a quart of lukewarm water then press it on the crusts. For 10-15 minutes three or four times daily. After that gently wipe off the crusts and apply a little antibiotic ointment.
