Im too tired to work, is this going to pass?

I had a goiter and nogles removed the left and half of the front thyroid removed, its been three weeks and I am wiped out, cant even work. The test are another week or so away, I dont know how Im going to cope until then. Is this normal, and what can I expect from these test. Can anyone tell me how long it will be before I feel like working again?
