If new MS medicine CinnoVex which is cheaper available worldwide?

I want to have a 3 months travel to europe (Germany and France). I want to know if CinnoVex سینووکس could be found in drug stores there?. Because cinnovex (biogeneric) is considerably cheaper than Avonex it is more affordable. If not please let me know if I can keep them for 3 months in summer?
