Hi Everyone out there,
20 years ago I had the Microdiet and lost loads of weight and have been trying to find it again. You got a boz with 21 packetts of powder shakes in choc, strawberry or vanilla. They only had 110 calories in and you had 3 a day. I was never hungrey or weak - I felt great actually! Where can I gat this agin? I live in the UK, in Northumberland. PLease help.....?
