I think I have prostitis symptoms, can you help?

I've been having symptoms that I think are symptoms of prostitis, but I ma not sure. I am having intermittent pain in the end of my penis, and sweating testicles. These symptoms mostly occur after I have been sitting for a long period, and I only have intermittent pain whenever I am walking or working etc.. Can you help me determine what my symptoms may be indicating? I am 43 yrs. old and have had a case of enlarged prostate about 10 years ago. Thanks
