Hi, I am 27 years old and I am body builder for more than 3 years. I was very satisfied with my body and weight gain until several months ago. In that time I have noticed that my gaining weight process is becoming slower and finally few weeks ago it stops. I would like to continue with it so I would appreciate any useful suggestion.

Hi, if you want to continue weight gain I suggest you to add calories in you daily meals. You have to see how much calories you are taking and when you get precise number add 500 calories more. Split your meals into 6-7 smaller meals and go on. Using this method you will be able to get up to 8 pounds per month. However you will have to train hard in the same time. Every time when you see that you weight gain is stopped for two weeks add 250 calories more.
