don't think about "not eating fats and meat"
you've said that you're interested in better health and that you know fruits and veggies are part of that...
so just set yourself a focus of trying to eat one piece of fruit and one
vegetable every day... start small, focus on doing something positive and let it grow... like planting a
seed and wathcing it grow, you'll reap the benefits over time.
