i heard somewhere its bad when your tired and you try to go to sleep and then your fully awake seconds later. what is the name of this disorder?

Insomnia? Can't think of anything else this could be. Anyone else got any other ideas?

I am guessing that it's insomnia but I don't know if there's actually a specific name for the disorder. Insomnia has a lot of different forms and that's simply one of them. Are you able to see a doctor about it?
