I have irregular periods, this month I have spotted light pink and brown for 6 days and now nothing.

I have very irregular periods. My last was in May. This past week I spotted light pink and brown mucus. And now I am done. I have never done this before, usually it is a full period every 4-6 months. No cramping, tender breast, but I figured it was from a hormone inbalance. We don't use birth control at all. Our thought is if it happens it is suppose to happen. But I don't feel pregnant so what could be the cause of this mucus discharge?

that happened to my bestfriend, she ended up waiting 2 weeks and she took a home pregnacy test and it came up positive.

I am curious if you were pregnant back then in 2006 as the responder in 2008 suggested.
