Hi. You didn`t say how old are you (most sleepwalkers are
children). This problem may run in your
family. Sleepwalkin mostly occurs when you are not getting enough sleep. So, avoiding sleeping will not help you. However, excessive tiredness can be cause by many other problems, not just sleeping ones. Sometimes, sleeping problems are treated with meds. What you can do home, is to make yourself a sleeping schedule. Keep your bedroom dark. Hot bath before bed is always effective.
