So I was at work washing dishes and i put some cups away and brought my right arm back down and then out of no where a pain from my two middle fingers went from there and to my bicep. After that i went to sleep and woke up and the pain had moved from my fingers to my bicep and my arm pit, it doesn't hurt when i'm not using my arm but when i move my fingers and stuff it hurts.

Hm, that sounds a lot like it could be carpal tunnel or something along those lines. I don't entirely know what it is but it sounds very likely to me that you're suffering from carpal tunnel or something similar. Are you able to see a doctor about it? I would recommend it if you can.
