Hello. Don’t worry, this is a common thing, that comes with age, but it don’t have to be treatable with medications. You can try the technique of interrupting sex to let the sensation of orgasm die down. It can serve to not just delay orgasm; it can increase ejaculation volume as well. Or you can try Enzyte, Lmao,or clomid. They do the trick.

I tried eating some of the foods listed on ************and it helped me, but not very consistently. I recently ordered some Semenax and am eagerly waiting on my shipment. My brother tried Volume Pills this past summer and was telling me it helped, just not as much as their website likes to claim (up to 500% more semen sounds a little extreme!)

If you want to go the natural way, ie. no pills, then I would eat a lot of protien and drink a lot of water. You most likely are not doing either of them enough anyway since it's very tough and time consuming to do so. I hope you get the results your looking for
I am a 44 year old male that is using Roplex pills.It does appear to help the sensation of the orgasm & the amount of ejaculate though I do wonder if there is something better out there.
There are many things that you can try, depending on your lifestyle. As stated, it is common for the volume of seminal fluid to reduce as the years pass. The most important thing is to be well hydrated- drink lots of water. Lots of coffee and caffeine in general can be detrimental, as well as over doing the red meats. Be sure to eat carbs- pasta is especially helpful (don't overdo the garlic or onion as it will pass through to your semen). Take a daily multi-vitiman and be sure that you are getting 25-50mg of zinc per day. I've also heard that pineapple juice, cayenne pepper and cinamon are beneficial, though I haven't tried them yet.

I was reading through the forum and I came across this thread (no pun intended). My curiosity has got the best of me and I just have to ask... Why would you want to increase the volume of your "load(s)"? By your ages I'm assuming it has nothing to do with wanting to have a child.. so what's the reason? Sorry to ask, but I really am curious and would appreciate an answer from one of you... Thanks.
