I Keep Bleeding

I have been bleeding off and on for over a month now. I had a regular period in towards the end of june. About 2 weeks later I had another one. I bleed like a normal period for the 4-5 days and then it seemed to be stopping with light bleeding or passing of a blood clots only when going to the bathroom. that lasted for about 10 days then I was completely stopped!! 3 days later I went to the bathroom and when I was wiping I noticed some brownish blood. This bleeding has continued to present. It is very light brownish in color and usually only triggered by going to the bathroom. I spot very lightly if at all betwwen goings to the bathroom.this has lasted about 5 days now. So needless to say since july 4th i have been bleeding. minus my 3 day break. Could someone tell me what might be wrong. I called my Doctor but apperently they don't feel it is enough of a concern to get me in before August 17th. Oh by the way I am 32. Any help or advice would be helpful. Ive heard everything from being pregnant to endametriosis to cancer.
