I HAVE A YELLOWISH DISSCHARGE AND IM PREGNANT PLEASE HELP!

HI IM 17 IM PREGNANT IM 3 MONTHS GOING ON 4 IVE ALWAYS HAD A NORMAL PERIOD WITH A SLIGHT DISCHARGE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS WHITE YELLOWISH WIT A VERY LIGHT SMELL OF DISSCHARGE SINCE I BECAME PEGNANT IT STARTED MAINLY WEN I WAS 2 MONTHS IM SCARED IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME SOME ONE PLEASE HELP.
