I want to keep my healthy nutrition habits but I have less and less time to spend on thinking what to eat and no time to prepare my meals. I have to eat fast food because of the nature of job I do. IS there such thing as healthy fast food? I easily get overweight so I have to avoid fatty foods.

Try with the smallest size of burger when you don’t have another option. Grilled chicken sandwiches or salads with low fat dressing, instead of fried chicken and high fat sauces. Avoid extra cheese but take extra salad. Diet soft drinks or water as the best choice. Make it a habit to have a piece of fruit with you or whole grain crackers.

there are always healthy options. Sandwiches are a good option. You have endless fillings so you won't get bored. Keep it low in fat though, try without butter.
