Hypoglycemia Symptoms

Does anyone else have a symptom of tightness in their head when their blood sugar is low, almost like a pressure feeling on the top of my head? It is not a headache but a tight feeling. Could this be hypoglycemia symptoms?

I think it could be hypoglycemia symptom, because I get in the morning a feeling of light headache and dizzy. It’s like at certain times of the day I feel really light headed and dizzy and I have a history of low blood sugar and that’s probably what causes these little symptoms.
