Hydrochlorot and weight gain

I have been put on 25mg of Hydrochlorot...since taking it, I have actually gained weight!! I am not eating more, if fact I have been eating less and have increased my exercise.
This is my third week and I am up 13 pounds. Is it possible? This is a diuretic and I would think it should cause weight loss.

I have been taking hydroclorot for 3 weeks and have LOST about 4 lbs.[/i]
