Hi. I exercise twice a day for an hour. Some people exercise even more, for two hours. It all depends. You have to be careful with that. Not every body is the same. I avoid junk
food and I drink a lot of water. If your body and muscles hurt you should
rest, or continue with exercising. Vitamins are also very effective. I take one pill of multivitamin every day. My meals are small, but I eat four times a day.
