Yesterday i found out that i have it and im really scared to tell my fiance, although i know there is no way out of it because I want kids someday. He is stationed in Afghanistan and has been for about a year now. Im bi sexual, so while he was gone, I was messing around with girls, which he was okay with. He came home in the end of august, and then i didnt know i had it. I had no symptems and didn't even think i would get an std messing around with girls. Im really scared and dont know how to tell him becuase im not sure what he's gonna say, or if he's gonna think different of me, or be disgusted or what? How should i tell him?

Well the good thing is that you can get rid of it. so just call your doctor and make an appointment. Now it is up to you to tell your fiance what had happen and that you don't have it anymore.

You are going to have to tell him. The best way is to just tell him the truth. You say he knows about the girls, so that should not be a problem. If he loves you he'll stick by you. This may be the first test to your future marriage.

He needs to know, don't wait. It is also possible that he has symptoms and is being treated. You don't and won't know until you tell him.

It is also possible that you caught it from him in August. So, you both really need to talk, now.

Hope that helps.

I like that medic-dan pointed out the possibility that HE could have given it to YOU. that is why it is important that you talk about it. If he is disgusted or put off by it, forget him. Even though he's your fiance, that's a really ignorant way to act and if he has a problem that you got a disease, it's better you find out now than later. Does that sound reasonable?

Didn't know you could catch an std from sex!!! Why do you think they call them sexually transmitted disease. Lucky you didn't catch hiv/aids. You might want to get checked for that.
