From my experience I can say that natural way of reducing cholesterol is the healthiest but it is not easy. You must avoid all those things rich in cholesterol, and that is not easy because most of them are very tasty. The foods that rich in cholesterol are eggs, butter, milk, cheese, chocolate and milk. On the other hand you can reduce cholesterol with fibers from beans, oats, psyllium seeds, then by sugar, olive oils, policosanol etc.
