Hip,pelvic,back,liver,spleen cancer-treatment? How long live

My niece was diagnosed with Metatastic disease, her hip, pelvis, back have cancer, small cyst on the liver, and tumore on the lung. What is the treatment (if any) and what are her chances of life after the diagnosis?

my wife has a 2cm black dot on her hip,and doctors say her cancer may be back,cause she had breast cancer in past,and beaten it since 2000,now seems it resurfaced,but on the hip,shes going for more test's,but i would like if it goes bad,is it treatable and how long they have to live,she's 41.

Would you mind my asking what your niece's symptoms were? My sister has recently become very ill, with severe bone pain especially in her hip and lower back area. She has several other symptoms as well, and I'm just wondering if they correspond.
